All prices in www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop are displayed in the shown currency in top right. All prices are final (and include VAT if the customer and his/her delivery address are located in European Union and does not if the delivery address is outside EU).

www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop reserves the rights to change the prices shown without prior notice. When Customer makes an order he/she bound to pay the displayed price when the order was completed.

All discounted prices are displayed with struck through price and new price near it.

www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop guarantees that all products listed on our site are genuine. You can trust in the qualities of the products purchased from us!

When you order a product from www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop we will send you email with confirmation for your order. 

www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop can not be held responsible for inaccuracies in information listings in our site (including but not limited to images, descriptions, sizes, etc.). Minor design changes are possible in the listed products.

The information published at www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop regarding product sizes must be taken as adjacent.

II. Rights and obligations of the parties

1. www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop is obligated to: 

  • to confirm the availability of products ordered or cancel the order (or part thereof) within 2 working days
  • to deliver the purchased product within the time specified in page Delivery and Returns
  • to ensure that all products are brand new and sealed by the manufacturer


2. The customer is obligated to: 

  • to specify accurate names, accurate and valid phone, shipping address and preferred email address that is checked regularly by the client
  • to pay in full the price of the commodity, which was applicable at the time of completion of the contract and the cost of delivery according to the conditions described in the Information Delivery and Returns of products (if applicable value delivery)

 

ІІІ. Conditions regarding the sale of goods:

By completing order in www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop the Client declares that he/she is 18 years old or have order permission.

The purchased merchandise is delivered to the customer's delivery address in the period exerted in information delivery and payment of goods.
The goods are delivered properly packed according to its type and transport for delivery.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer or a third party signs the delivery documents accompanying it. A third party is anyone who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods supply and is specified by the customer address.

Ownership passes to the Customer as soon as it paid full price for the goods ordered.

In case of refusal to receive the goods, apart from the cases described below, the refusal is considered to be unfounded and the Customer due to the costs of delivery and return of goods. In this case the customer is obliged to compensate www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop for damages and lost profits, including any costs beyond the cost of delivery and return the goods occurred as a result of the refusal.

The customer has the right to refuse to accept his product when it is delivered in one of the following conditions:

  • delivered goods do not match the stated purchase by the Customer and this can be detected by an ordinary review.
  • price the customer must pay does not correspond to the price payable upon completion of the order in www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop.
  • a discrepancy between the stated purchase and supply a product which has not been possible to establish the time of delivery.

 

The customer has the right to request replacement of size or product listed in the original order. In this case it is necessary to declare their desire in writing (via e-mail from the e-mail address listed in his profile), by phone (a phone number listed in his profile) or through the contact form on the website of www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop within a period not longer than 30 calendar days after the date of delivery pursuant to Art. 55 of the Law on Protection of Consumers in Bulgaria. In this case, the cost of returning and re-delivery of the new product are borne by the Client.

Client has no right to expect compensation from the www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop in the following cases:

Wear during normal use of the product:

  • In hockey sticks: heel or/and head wear from usage on synthetic or natural surfaces (with/without filling sand and/or water), formation of hole(s) on the heel due prolonged usage on such turfs and others, damage to the paint on the stick caused by normal usage of the stick including but not limited to strikes from another stick, ball or other pitch-side equipment.
  • In other equipment for hockey, wear due to contact with a synthetic or natural surfaces (with/without filling sand and/or water)
  • In other equipment: normal wear during operation of the product

Improper use:

  • In hockey sticks: any damages arising from any direct clash of sticks, any damage caused by the use of sticks on pavement other than those accepted for hockey (natural and artificial grass, rubber/wood/plastic sports flooring) any damage caused by striking the ball with any part of the stick with the exception of the front flat part (including blows to the edge of the stick (low backhand hit, etc.), lack of maintenance of the stick (regular application of resin to fill the emerging defects from the usage and/or the usage of cloth tape)
  • In other equipment: for improper use of remedies and subsequent injuries followed by such usage, www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop can not be held responsible for any occurring damage to user, owner or third parties.

When the warranty sticker (if such is present upon delivery of the product) is removed (or has traces of attempts for removal) any warranty claims are considered void!
