1. General information about international deliveries

All delivery services used are fully traceable and signed-for to increase security for our customers.

All courier services for orders inside EU include VAT at 20%.

All courier services for orders outside of EU and all postal service deliveries does not include VAT.

2. Shipping costs for international deliveries

2.1 Shipping costs for EU countries

2.1.1. Road service

For our larger products (sticks, GK and training equipment, etc.) we use the road delivery services of proven courier companies such as DPD, GLS and Speedy.

We charge fixed amount of € 19 until your order reaches € 175. From then the shipping is FREE of charge. For full cost schedule on orders using our courier service please scroll down to the end of this page to find our complete list of countries.

The courier service costs for EU orders include VAT at 20%.

2.1.2. Air service

You can use our TNT express air courier service If you are in a hurry and need your equipment as soon as possible.

We charge € 35 until your order reaches € 175. From then the shipping is only € 25. For full cost schedule on orders using our courier service please scroll down to the end of this page to find our complete list of countries.

The courier service costs for EU orders include VAT at 20%.

2.2. Shipping costs for countries outside EU

For our products deliveries we use the services of TNT.

By using TNT your order will be delivered to your door in quick and professional manner.

The cost of this service depends on the weight of the ordered products. For full cost schedule on orders using our worldwide TNT courier service please scroll down to the end of this page to find our complete list of countries.

The courier service costs for orders delivered outside of EU do not include VAT.

!Important - Please add this 'virtual product' which covers TNT "Out of area" surcharge if you require delivery to one of the following postal code ranges.

All import duties or taxes that may occur for orders outside of EU are fully payable by the end customer. We have no control over them and we can’t send our products as ‘gifts’ so please familiarize yourself with those potential costs before placing an order. Thank you!

3. Shipping times for international orders

3.1 Shipping times for EU countries

3.1.1. Road service

We are trying to manage ‘same day dispatch’ on at least 95% of our orders.

Our eco-friendly road service delivery usually takes up to 5 working days to reach the customer in EU.

3.1.2. Air service

We are trying to manage ‘same day dispatch’ on at least 95% of our orders.

Our express TNT air courier service usually takes 1-3 working days to reach the customer in EU. As a rule of thumb – capital cities 1 working day, large city – 2 working days, small city – 3 working days.

3.2. Shipping times for countries outside EU

Our express TNT air courier service delivery may take 1-6 working days to reach our customer outside EU. The time frame depends on your country and location. Please consult the table at the end of this page for more information regarding shipping time.

II. Domestic deliveries

1. General information about domestic deliveries

We deliver our domestic orders by Speedy. Their modern fleet of eco-friendly vehicles is one of the key aspects why we choose to partner with Speedy.

This service is fully traceable so you will know exactly when to expect the courier.

2. Shipping costs for domestic deliveries

For domestic deliveries we charge fixed amount of € 2.83 for orders under € 38.5. For orders above this amount we offer FREE domestic delivery.

The domestic courier service costs include VAT at 20%.

3. Shipping times for domestic deliveries

We are trying to manage ‘same day dispatch’ on at least 95% of our orders.

The shipping times for domestic orders is 1-2 days depending on your location and the courier’s delivery schedule.

III. Payments and payment information

1. General information about payments

By visiting www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop the potential customer can choose to see our prices in the following currencies: Euro, Great Britain Pound and Bulgarian Leva.

By completing an order at www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop and paying by card (or other prepaid method) the customer gives permission to the site owner to accept their payment in advance of delivery of the ordered product.

2. International payments

www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop accept payments by credit/debit card and by PayPal.

We don’t keep any information about customer’s card details (card number, name or security codes) and they are not available to www.RampageSport.eu personnel.

3. Domestic payments

In addition to the card payments we offer cash on delivery for our domestic orders.

IV. Product claims and returns

1. General information about product claims

Claims about product's condition are only possible right after you receive the order from the courier. If you notice irregularity (the received goods is different from ordered, wrong color or size,etc.) or damage to the product all return expenses are paid by www.RampageSport.eu Hockey shop. If you notice a problem please contact us as soon as possible!

All goods have to be in original packaging, have no internal or external traces of use and accompanied by the original delivery and sales documents.

2. General information about product returns (cool-off period)

If you wish to return a product or entire order you can do this in 30 calendar days after you received your order with no question asked. In this case all return expenses are paid by the customer. For more information, please contact us so we can setup the return for you. After we receive the returned goods we will refund you with the amount paid for your products in 5 working days. R.E.P. Trading SMLLC (the owner of www.RampageSport.eu Hockey Shop) reserve the rights to deny refund if any of the following requirements are not met.

All goods have to be in original packaging, have no internal or external traces of use and accompanied by the original delivery and sales documents.

In case of product return in the ‘cool-off’ period the initial shipping costs for getting the order to the customer can not be refunded.

Notes:

• we use the cheaper delivery option if you don't choose express option (if available).
• we ship all EU orders above € 175 for FREE with GLS or DPD (our normal service).
• shipping time depends on customer location. Customs procedures may increase the delivery time but we don't have any control over them. Delivery to distant areas might take longer.
• all customers will receive their orders at the door. If you live outside EU you might have to pay additional custom or/and import fees.

• you may be subject to TNT "Out of area delivery" surcharge if you live in areas with one of the following postal codes: full list of "Out of area" postal codes. If so you need to add this surcharge to your cart: TNT "Out of area" surcharge.
